With over 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Resource Management, and HR Business Partnering, I have worked with leading IT, Energy, Consulting, and Telecom organizations, including Shell, Wipro, Ericsson, British Telecom, Huawei Telecom, Bharti, Aircel, and Hyundai Corporation. Throughout my career, I have led impactful hiring projects across diverse industries such as IT, Software Engineering, BFSI, Trading, Energy, Telecom, Health and Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Retail, and High Tech Industries.
My work spans global landscapes, from the UK, to EMEA, to India, the US, and Asia Pacific. I have also had the privilege of setting up leadership teams for three startup ventures, spearheading transformative initiatives along the way.
