Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between our organisation and our client(s), ensuring their needs are met while driving mutual success. This role combines business development, strategic thinking, and relationship management to foster long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue and Growth
Responsible for growing account revenue YoY at profitable margins.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
Understand client goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with our services.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Experience managing clients in the transportation and logistics space.
Strategic Planning
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and retention.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services to existing clients.
Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure client needs are met.
Facilitate communication between clients and internal stakeholders to address issues and deliver solutions.
Collaborate on developing tailored proposals and presentations for clients.
Market Insights
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to internal teams based on client interactions and market observations.
Performance Tracking
Monitor client satisfaction and performance metrics, implementing strategies to improve as needed.
Prepare and present reports on account status and growth opportunities to senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Extensive years of experience in client management, account management, and business development.
Strong understanding of Travel, Transportation, Logistics, Hospitality (TTLH) sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
